Problem
Field teams relied on dense operational workflows that had to be modernized without losing the functionality already embedded in daily work.
UX Architecture
Designed the core flows and UI system in Figma around task completion, reporting clarity, and reduced decision overhead for guards moving between assignments and sites.
Mobile Engineering
Used React Native, EAS, and TypeScript to create a cleaner cross-platform codebase with native module integrations for NFC tags, barcode scanning, location tracking, and offline behavior.
Outcome
Improved maintainability and release predictability while preserving the operational capabilities needed by real surveillance teams.
